BACK SAFETY: Taking your Back to the Future
80% of the American population will suffer from Back Pain at some point in their life. This workshop focuses on the body's coping mechanisms, physical symptoms and emotional stress resulting from chronic back pain. Learn practical long-term solutions for pain; how to avoid many common back injuries, at home and on the job. Participants will learn proper ergonomically correct lifting, with exercise and stretching techniques to teach participants how to enjoy increased flexibility. Learn what you can do to protect the health of your back; find out how to experience more energy and maintain a higher quality of life.
